We have pursued our mission since 1976 and have learned that our most successful client partnerships focus on the dynamic implementation of a long-term strategic plan and span many years. We are committed to ensuring our clients consistently communicate, and reinforce through action, their values, goals and vision. Above all, we have learned consistency, driven by deeply held values and purpose, empowers a culture of engagement, integrity, accountability and greater contribution.

Since our inception as a Human Resources consulting firm, LRW has grown from 2 employees to 23. The original firm worked exclusively in the arena of HR consulting. In 1989, the company expanded to add an Employee Benefits Division. This division has since expanded to include not only EB Consulting, but EB Administration (HRA, MERP, FSA and Out-Sourcing) and Retirement Plan Services (Administration, Recordkeeping, Fiduciary Compliance and Asset Management). In twenty years, the EB Division has grown to include more than 220 client relationships (70 medical and supports nearly 7,500 employees). These plans account for nearly $100 million in annual premium revenues with another $100 million under management for retirement plans.

LRW specializes in the Financial Services and Healthcare industries and is the endorsed vendor for Employee Benefits Solutions by the PA Bankers Association and the “Premier Partner” of LeadingAge PA, the Pennsylvania state association of non-profit retirement communities.
