Since our inception as a Human Resources consulting firm, LRW has grown from 2 employees to 24. The original firm worked exclusively in the arena of HR consulting. In 1989, the company expanded to add an Employee Benefits Division. This division has since expanded to include not only EB Consulting, but EB Administration (HRA, MERP, FSA and Out-Sourcing) and Retirement Plan Services (Administration, Recordkeeping, Fiduciary Compliance and Asset Management.

We specialize in the Financial Services and Healthcare industries and are the endorsed vendor for Employee Benefits Solutions by the PA Bankers Association and the “Premier Partner” of LeadingAge PA, the state association of non-profit nursing homes.
